Re-imagining Identity

Self Group is an identity research company. Our mission is to create an identity layer for the internet to keep us all safe.

Our Work

Research

Research is where we began. Questioning why and how we use technology has led to foundational new thinking.

Concepts

Practical application of the results of our research work has enabled new approaches to existing workflows
Digital Signatures
Securely bringing cryptographic keys to life lets users sign anything. Break free from the restrictions of eSignatures and the electronic representation of wet ink and open up the possibility of signing anything, anywhere.
Authentication
Up to 80% of the hacks and breaches which take place utilise compromised or stolen credentials. Foolproof authentication combined with a zero-trust architecture could eliminate those threats.
ID Verification
Regulation has driven an obsession with verifying identity, but the technology used fails to identify users effectively and delivers a false sense of security. What if you could know your user at every interaction?
